We have chosen Valrhona, French company of excellence, as supplier of no fewer than 32 types of chocolate that we use. These range from the great milk chocolate classics or ‘gianduia’ to more sophisticated ones such as ‘barolo’ chocolate, tobacco and rum chocolate, or 7 different ‘chilli’ chocolates. Vairhona uses the best cocoa in the world and so is able to supply us with the best quality chocolate for our ice cream.

The wide range of chocolates we use allows us to produce aromatic homemade chocolate ice cream, that is fruity, spicy and delicate, with a sweet, rounded taste that lingers. You simply need to choose which notes to delight your taste buds with, while we at Artico concentrate on enhancing the sophistication and variety of this noble ingredient.
