In our ice cream parlour in Milan as well in the one in Naples, the production facility is visible to customers. Every day they can watch us as we try out new combinations of flavours and tastes so that we can offer a consistently fresh, handmade product that is constantly evolving.

We select all the ingredients very carefully: they are always 100% natural, and free from artificial colours, preservatives and hydrogenated vegetable fats. We combine them carefully to create quality, handmade ice cream that is both healthy and unique.

Under the direction of our Master Ice Cream Maker Maurizio Poloni workers in the ice cream making facility produce ice cream throughout our opening times; you will find a freshly churned ice-cream even at 11 o’clock at night because our production methods preclude the use of left-over ice cream stored in freezers.

Our production process follows Traditional Italian Ice Cream making methods (Pasteurisation – Maturation – Churning) and all the machines we use are guaranteed by the best-known Italian companies in the sector.
